1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing useWorkspace.AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yonas Valentin Kristensen, Callisensvej 20, 2900 Hellerup, Denmark.

2. Service Description

useWorkspace.AI provides AI-powered flowchart creation, collaboration tools, brainstorming, and sprint planning. We offer Free, Hobby, and Teams plans with different features and limits as described on our pricing page.

3. User Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use our service. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to: violate any laws or regulations, infringe on intellectual property rights, upload malicious code or viruses, harass or abuse other users, attempt to reverse engineer our service, use automated tools to scrape our service, resell or redistribute our service without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create (flowcharts, brainstorms, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content to provide the service. We own all rights to the useWorkspace.AI platform, code, and trademarks.
